MEET WITH A CONSULTANT

A consultant is available to you during the semester for extra help outside the classroom. This is in addition to your main instructor's office hours. You can visit the consultants for additional one on one help with lab assignments.

Our Spring 2024 consultant meetings will be held in person and concurrently using Zoom. The consultant will be available in person on the 2nd floor of the Tech Center starting Tuesday, September 19th and the last day of consulting hours will be Friday, December 8th. The consultant will not be available during Spring Break.

Please note the consultants will not complete the assignment for you. However, they will provide additional examples to help you understand troublesome areas. If you have questions about the directions of a homework, it is better to send your lab instructor an e-mail to obtain clarification.

The CIS 0835 consultant will be wearing a red vest. Look for the consultant in the back of the General Use Computing Lab on the 2nd floor near the red semi-cirlcle consultant desk. For those seeking help via Zoom, here is all the important information, along with three easy steps to follow, to ensure a successful Zoom meeting.
